Charlie O’ in the Morning

  • Monday-Friday
  • 6:00am-10:00am

Hello my friends here’s a little bout me. I was born in Sturgis, S.D. but got to Texas as fast as I could. I’ve been in Radio for over 35 years and have done just about every music format there is. My favorite is, of course, Country  am I’m currently hosting the Ranch Morning Show 6am-10am.

Anytime I am lucky enough to have you spend a few minutes or a few hours listening to what we have to offer, I am honored. On my show, it’s all about our listeners and all about East Texas. I spend a lot of time doing community work going out and broadcasting live from chili cook-offs to helping raise money for our listeners in need. Anytime I can help…I will!

I’ve been married for 26 yrs. To Mona Lisa and I have two beautiful daughters Lauren and Ashley and two granddaughters  Rylie Grace and Kenzie Paige. When I’m not on the air you can find me at several events throughout East Texas. Just having fun!

So if this hasn’t bored you enough tune into my show…LOL! I like to have fun on the air, always try to wear a smile and hopefully make you smile as well. I have kids and I’ll never make you feel uncomfortable around yours by saying something off color or blue, that’s just not me…family friendly.

As I wrap this up, when I’m out doing anything live or emceeing an event the first thing I always do is thank our Veterans. I call attention to these heroes because that is how I was raised. I grew up knowing there are men and women dying every day for the greatest Country in the free world. Thank you to all our Veterans, their wives, sons, and daughters, your sacrifice for our country will never be forgotten and I will never take it for granted.

May god bless each and every one of you.

Charlie O’
