The “Weigh-In” period for the 2019 Lighten Up East Texas Regional Weight Loss and Community Challenge
will open from Saturday, January 5th, 2019, through Thursday, February 28, 2019.
People who have lost al least 5% of their starting weight before the end of April 2019 will be entered into our
Grand Prize Drawings that will be held at our Fit City Tyler Celebration Event in May 2019! Click the link below
