Texas Man Struck by Lightning Had Shoes, Socks ‘Blown Off His Feet;’ Rescued by Good Samaritans

A Texas man was caught on video walking his three dogs when he was struck by lightning and knocked to the ground.  Luckily there were some good Samaritans close by who rushed to his aid and performed CPR on him.  Shortly emergency crews arrived on the scene and he was transported to a local hospital, all of his dogs were safely retrieved and the man is currently recovering.
